Charles (Chuck) Storrow | Partner
Chuck Storrow is a lawyer/lobbyist in the Vermont Statehouse with deep experience in environmental policy, energy/utilities, telecommunications, insurance and health care. Chuck combines versatility with an eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of Vermont’s political, economic and social landscape. Chuck grew up in an old farmhouse on a dirt road in Jericho, Vermont. Prior to joining Leonine Public Affairs in 1989, Storrow practiced law with a Burlington, Vermont firm specializing in civil and administrative litigation. He served on the Vermont Environmental Board from 1989 to 1992. In 1982-83 he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Sterry R. Waterman, Senior Judge, U.S. Court for Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He has a B.A. in history from the University of Maine and his J.D. from Vermont Law School, where he served on the Vermont Law Review and graduated with the highest academic ranking in his class.
